At Keystone Mart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@KeystoneMart.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. In these cases, return shipping is on us.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
